10 Minute Healthy Breakfast

Apparently this recipe takes 10 minutes to prepare and it's vegan, gluten free and paleo friendly. Give it a shot. If you're rushing to work and never have time to prepare brekky, this is a great healthy option that'll give you plenty of energy until lunch time.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Banana, large slices thick
  • 1/4 cup Blackberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 scoop Strawberry shakeology
  • 3/4 cup Almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Almonds, raw
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin seeds, raw
  • 1 scoop Strawberry shakeology
  • 3/4 cup Almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Almonds, raw
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin seeds, raw
  • 1 cup ice

Method

  1. Blend the blackberries, blueberries, strawberry shakeology, almond milk and ice in a blender
  2. Pour into bowl 
  3. Slice up banana into thin slices and place onto blended smoothie in bowl
  4. Pour seeds and nuts as desired
  5. Enjoy!
